イチロー選手がアメリカ野球殿堂入りし、表彰式典でスピーチされていました。
およそ20分くらいのスピーチで、ぜひ動画で観てみることをお勧めします。
ところどころジョークが挟まるところが難しいので、先に日本語訳を読んでから動画で観ると分かりやすかったです。
継続の話と夢とゴールの違いの話は、身につまされるというか、非常に示唆的でした。

It’s not enough to say I want to do something if you are serious about it. You must think critically about what is necessary achieve it.
計画を立て、小さく回して修正し、それを続けること。
大きなことを成し遂げようと思ったなら、淡々とこの姿勢を維持することが必要なのですね。
